De-stress & Restore through Yoga
In moderation, stress can be helpful. It can get us out of bed in the morning and helps with productivity. But when we stay in a state of chronic stress, it can effect your health, your work, and all of your relationships.
Join Kimberly for an evening of gentle Hatha, therapeutic and somatic movement practices, as well as Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation, aiming to take the body out of the stress cycle and into a state of nervous system regulation.
Let's come together to bring your body back into it's natural and whole state of being.
No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
