7:00 PM – Yoga for an Open Heart with Kelly Marshall

Are you experiencing neck, back, or shoulder pain?

Would you like to be guided through exercises to help reduce anxiety or depression?

Would you like to connect in community with others working through similar challenges?

Join us for Yoga for an Open Heart, a 10-week series with Kelly Marshall every Friday from 7pm – 8pm via Zoom. Each class will build upon the previous one. You are welcome to attend the whole series or drop-in to some of the classes!

Yoga for an Open Heart is a functional yoga therapy class.

During class you can expect to:

• Be led through postures and breathwork to specifically target neck, back, and shoulder pain
• Explore somatic movement to help you move through anxiety and depression
• Create physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience in community to help you stay connected

This class is beginner friendly. No experience is required.

Please have a mat or a space cleared for your movement practice, a towel, and some water available for your practice.

10-Week Series Investment: $99
Sliding-Scale Drop-In: $7-$20

About Your Teacher

Kelly Marshall is a wellness educator and has been a certified Yoga Therapist since 2016. They specialize in creating a safer space for clients and students to reconnect with their bodies, and drop into a deeper state of awareness in order to heal. Kelly has also worked in varying capacities as a massage therapist and has worked alongside chiropractors and physical therapists.
