Join Lisa Feder, certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, for a meditative inquiry that will guide you to recognize and cultivate your inner strength and resilience.
You will learn a practice that will help you find the resources that are already within you for navigating these troubling times, or any challenges that life brings your way. This practice takes ancient teachings and presents them in a way that is relevant to the issues facing us, and how we respond to them, individually and collectively.
This Yoga Nidra practice is audio-only, just get comfortable and let Lisa’s voice guide you through the 50-minute meditation. You might fall asleep, which is perfectly fine, you’ll still receive the benefits of the practice.
No experience necessary. Have a journal handy, as well as a mat, some blankets, a pillow, and anything else that will support your comfort in meditation.
