Trauma Through a Somatic Lens: Polyvagal Theory

In this workshop, we’ll discuss Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory, which has transformed the way we understand and care for people with trauma. We’ll take an in-depth look at the nervous system and the various trauma responses. We’ll also address how they present in the people we work with, and how to gauge our approach to being with our clients and students in each state.
