At Body Collective, we value the time and energy of our hard working staff and instructors. To ensure that our people get paid appropriately, Body Collective does not generally offer monetary refunds, except as an option when we need to cancel an already scheduled class. Product purchase such as drop-in classes, unlimited memberships, private lessons, series classes, and other offerings are considered final and are nonrefundable once purchased.
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that acupuncturists, massage therapists, and yoga therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us within our cancellation window, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your practitioner may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
However, if students have given sufficient notice, we can offer account credit for the amount paid that can be applied to future classes. Guidelines for notice are provided below. These guidelines apply to in-person and online offerings.
- Series Classes: 48+ hours before the first class in the Series
- One-on-One Appointments (Including but not limited to Massage, Acupuncture, Yoga Therapy, Dance Privates, Yoga Privates, Virtual Wellness Consultations, etc.): 24+ hours before the scheduled session (online or in person). Late cancellations will be charged a $50 Late Cancellation fee for 1-hour+ appointments, $30 Late Cancellation fee appointments less than an hour. No-shows will be billed at full session rate.
- Individual Drop-In classes: 12+ hours before the class begins
- Workshops: 7+ days before the workshop
