Body Collective offers group drop-in yoga classes taught by certified and experienced yoga teachers. We offer yoga classes in various styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and intermediate to advanced Asana. We also offer yoga class series, workshops, and trainings in support of advancing the practices of our students with a focus on safety, alignment, and injury prevention.
