What brought you to Body Collective? Why did you choose to be a part of the Body Collective Team?
Not only am I good friends with the founders of Body Collective, but I also believe in their vision. I strongly believe movement is healing, I feel privileged to be a part of the Body Collective team.
What can be expected from a class / session with you?
I will always do my best to make each lesson fun and exciting! During private lessons, I will personally set up a program that will be personalized to best fit your needs and goals.
How did your modality aid in your own transformation? What did your transformation look like?
As a dance professional, I have lived through many ups and downs with my craft; however exploring new styles of dance has helped me embrace personal insecurities and obstacles. Each style offers its own background and culture. By learning of various styles, not only do you get exposed to new languages and cultures of the world but you also get a chance to embrace a different energy or character within yourself.
What brings you joy when you’re not teaching?
When I am not teaching I am social dancing, rehearsing, and setting up dance projects. I love to perform and explore new ways to grow as an artist.
My cat and gardening also bring me lots of joy.
