I have practiced yoga for over 25 years, exploring a few different kinds of yoga on my journey so far. Practicing yoga has allowed me to deeply heal and transform my life. These teachings have fundamentally changed me, so I earned my 200-hour Hatha Yoga and Flow certificate in 2016, hopeful to share the profound wisdom of this practice.
What to expect from a class with Amber
In a class with me, you can expect to move the body with the flow of the breath through a sequence of accessible shapes, mindfully and safely. I like to incorporate poems and quotes, meditations, sound, and I absolutely love sharing hand mudras. I do like to play light music in the background while moving but never during savasana at the end of class.
