Hi! I am Kelly: yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, cat lover, and Buffy enthusiast. The work that I do and the classes I teach are a genuine offering of the tools that have helped me most.
Throughout my life, I have had issues with chronic pain, anxiety, and depression, and have had to navigate my own trauma recovery. My yoga and meditation practice has been the one place where all of me belongs and I have learned to cultivate a more loving relationship with myself. I come from a dance and kinesiology background, and I found yoga much later in life.
I also am a massage therapist that specializes in Zero Balancing, and I teach at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School. When I’m not working you can find me trying to squeeze in a yoga class, enjoying some time in nature, or eating snacks and watching Netflix (it’s all about finding balance!).

What to expect from a class with Kelly
My goal as a teacher is to empower you to make intelligent choices that work for your body. I love to offer a full spectrum of class styles from meditation, Yin, and Nidra to gentle yoga or a more dynamic flow. You can expect a very intentionally curated experience when you choose to take class with me from music to sequencing, and I promise to hold safe space for you. Always remember that your practice takes you just as you are, and all of you belongs.
